The problem of oil fume pollution caused by open-air barbecue has always been regarded as a persistent disease in urban management. Recently, Zibo urban management department required barbecue shops to use smoke-free barbecue nets for the problem of oil fume pollution caused by open-air barbecue, and gradually implemented it in the whole city.
Ms. Li, a barbecue operator, has been operating barbecue business in the commercial community of Huantai County for seven or eight years. In April this year, Ms. Li upgraded all barbecue equipment in the store. All barbecue nets were replaced with smokeless barbecue nets. At the same time, two large smokeless barbecue equipment were added. Although it cost nearly 100000 before and after upgrading these equipment, after use, Ms. Li thought the money was quite worth it, Not only has the surrounding environment been improved, but the occupancy rate of the store is much better than before.
There are seven or eight barbecue shops of this scale in Huantai County commercial community. The reporter turned around in the urban commercial community and found that almost all barbecue shops have upgraded the barbecue mesh and replaced it with smokeless barbecue mesh. In a barbecue shop, the reporter met a customer who was eating. The customer told the reporter that he was an old customer of the shop. He felt that now the shop has changed smoke-free barbecue equipment, and the dining environment made him feel much more comfortable.
In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by barbecue oil fume, from April 2016, Huantai County Urban Management Bureau required that all open-air barbecue stalls under its jurisdiction must use smoke-free equipment. There are 60 open-air barbecue stalls in Huantai County. At present, 57 open-air barbecue stalls have been installed with smoke-free barbecue nets, and the other three are also being upgraded. Guowei, deputy squadron leader of the law enforcement squadron of the sub district office of Huantai County Urban Management Bureau: "the next step is to replace the smokeless stove. If there are still those that have not been replaced at the expiration, first, urge them to rectify at the expiration. If they do not rectify or the rectification is not in place, we should cooperate with relevant functional departments and take corresponding measures. We should take legal procedures to investigate and deal with those who refuse to rectify."
